Not all 2.5" SSD or HDD will fit into a small form factor laptop, and Crucial has created a solution just for that. With their 7mm height clearance, the m4 should be able to work very well with the smaller laptops as well as in other applications. The price is also higher for the decreased height benefit and would not be a good way to spend the extra cash for use in a desktop, for example. Let us know what you think about this new line of SSD.
